.625 oz SNAP Liquer
.75 oz Fresh Lime
.75 oz Fee's Falernum Cordial Syrup
.75 oz Pasteurized Egg White
6 drops Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
3 drops Pernod Absinthe
Fill Gossling's Ginger Beer

Fill a Collins Glass w/crushed ice while adding thin lime wheels in rows up the glass, then set aside. Combine all ingredients other than the bitters in a mixing tin and dry shake, then shake vigorously with ice. Take Collins and add roughly 1-2 oz of ginger beer. Strain ingredients from mixing tin into Collins. Swizzle, with barspoon or swizzle stick, up and down to combine the ingredients. Foam should hold from the egg whites. Drop bitters in the foam as garnish.
