Mole Bitters -stir & strain into a coupe -no garnish

2.0 oz. Appleton Estate Reserve
1.0 oz. English Breakfast Syrup*
0.5 oz. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 whole egg

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously!
Strain into a glass and top with micro-planed lemon zest and all-spice.
*To make English Breakfast syrup, add 1/4 cup of loose EB tea leaves to 1 cup rich simple syrup and simmer over a low flame.
